He has over 25 years of works experience in senior management positions  for companies like HCL & Tech Mahindra. He has been training and coaching for several well known MNCs  over the last five years

KC Nair is a product of L N Mishra Institute of Economic Development and social changes.He has two decades of industry experience in various facets of HR in India and the US. He has worked for organizations like Mastech Corporation(now I Gate), Sun Tec and Ixia Technologies(now Key sight) in Leadership positions related to both business and HR.

Piyali Chatterjee  is an MA from CU with Post Graduate Qualifications in Human Resource management from XLRI. She has got about ten years of experience as a Behavioral trainer imparting training in reputed organizations across the country. Her forte is  her communication and her ability to connect with participants

Chandan Majumdar  is an MBA from  IPER having  over 12 years of experience in corporates like Vedanta  and has worked with consulting  companies like Star Consulting. And KPMG He specializes in  designing  training courseware apart from  delivering training. As a trainer he stands out for his creativity.

Anindya Basu Royis a B’ Tech from IIT Kharagpur. Subsequently he did his MBA from IISWBM (CU). He has over 25 years of work experience both in India and the US – mostly working for the HCL Group. He now works as a HR Consultant. He teaches HRM at IISWBM has a few publications to his credit.

Kumkum Mukherjee  is an MA in psychology and a PhD from CU She has  a long association in IISWBM as a professor  of HRD related. She also has  been extending consulting services to corporates in matters related to HRD. She has several  HRM related publications to her credit.

Sumati Ray is a MA in Psychology and a PhD from CU. She had a long stint in the Indian Institute of Psychometry because moving onto IISWBM as a full time Professor of OB for the MBA day program. She has a fair depth of exposure as a HRD advisor for corporates. She has authored and presented several management papers internationally.

Krishnendu Nandyis a  graduate from Calcutta University and has around 15 years of experience in recruitment. He has worked in several leading recruitment firms including 2Comms and Manpower, He has been working in Prime on Line for the last three years in Kolkata

Satarupa Ghosh is an MBA from Pune University with about nine years of experience – completely in IT recruitment. She has worked in several recruitment consultancy firms like Genius Consultants, Datamatics UK Pvt. Ltd & Global Hunt. She is based out of Pune.

Ms. Moumita Pal  is an MBA  from  NIT and a BSC having  over 14 years of experience in recruitment mostly in Prime on Line. She works as a recruitment specialist focusing on senior level positions across different industry verticals
