This program aims to develop one’s ability as a planner and an implementer. There are three modules in this   program. These are:

  1. Concept: The importance and barriers to planning.
  2. Types of Planning: Different types of planning with some exercises.
  3. How to Plan Effectively: The six steps of planning as well as three steps of implementation are listed here. There is an attempt to relate planning & implementation theories to practical situations to explore their applicability. A few exercises have been provided here which seeks to exactly achieve this objective.
